| I feel like a pregnant lady |
I didnt know how important my back or butt is until I had that nasty fall last saturday. It is amazing how connected your muscles are; so much so that a sneeze hurts the back. I swear that my nociceptors (pain receptors that produce the burning pain) were firing non-stop, even till now. OUCH! The first night after the fall was like horrible. I couldnt sleep on my back, stand still, seat or walk at normal pace. Subsequent days, I behave like a pregnant lady. Cant wait to be able to shake my butt when Im all well. Thank god my butt has sufficient fats to cushion my fall.
Anyway, friends.. i may be coming back this July break for a month so watch out for me. My parents are missing me too much....... |
