| Another year older |

Im finally 22, cross the 21 years of age. Cant believe that Im ageing. Ouch.... Maybe I really shouldnt celebrate anymore birthdays from now on.. It is a very strange feeling to grow older. Its as if you lose the liberty of acting young or doing what young peeps are doing. I have to seriously start using my brain. Lol.
Exams are in a month's time and assignment datelines are killing me inch by inch. Im lagging behind because I have been skipping lectures and not been keeping up with the pace. This is getting more and more stressful as I type my time away. I guess the only way I can compensate is to quickly finish blogging and get down to serious work.
Anyway, I had a simple celebration with the Festie peeps at Casino Towers for dinner and Freestyle for my apple crumble (something which I have been craving since I lost count of when...) The food at Casino Towers is slightly below expectations but the FishNChip is quite good. We took few pictures at the entrance of the Casino Towers and as you will see below, it feels like graduation. Laugh! Being the monster with the big appetite these days, I requested for desserts after dinner. So off we went, down to Valley's Freestyle to satisfy our sweet cravings. We waited for like almost an hour before our desserts are served, so you can really imagine how packed the cafe was. As a true-blue Singaporean, queueing is part of our forte, especially when it comes to queueing for good food. I must say that it was all worth the waiting.
You know, birthday and festivals never fail to make those away from home feel ultra lonely and Im no exception. But I wasnt too depressed. Guess Im blessed with Festie friends, friends who are so sweet and supportive, even though I only knew them for like 3 months. Praise the lord for the gifts in my life. Im so blessed.
