| Fight on, Comrades |
Joel graduated and left us behind to fight on.. Haa. It is yet another typical episode of an oversea student's life - when the "friends-come-and-go-in-your-life" situation is exemplified. Next year is going to be tougher, with higher expectations in school placements and lesser good buddies around. I've been so blessed in my bris life as yet that Im slightly worried for what may come in my last year alone in brissie. =) It is probably time I stop being a worrywart. May smooth obstacles be paved along the way. Oxymoronic indeed.
Now to the bit on my semester break, I've been doing quite abit of shopping, hanging out with buddies, cooking, sleeping, packing and cleaning up the house with my homies and singing (karaoke! haha.. not giving up on my passion). Not exactly exciting, but not for long. Church camp, melbourne trip and exploring Brisbane will be some of my holiday plans and Im really looking forward to them! Tommorrow, Im off to inland Goldcoast (Springbrooks Nature Park or some name like that) with Jeff (The Ardent Driver), Esther (The Lovely Bunny) and my pink lumix.
Hope to get some really nice pictures there.... |
