| Who are we to judge? |
When all pleasantries are worn down,
And the smiles fade away,
as the world crumbles apart,
In your absence
Without your kisses,
Will we still be in love?
How can I give up my heart with faith?
I search within myself for an answer
Only to face a sea of darkness
Which I believe only He has the light -
the torch to shine at the right one,
the nod that assures eternity.

Im about done with my semester and I cant wait for that. My air ticket back to SG is confirmed to be on the 23 Dec, just before Christmas. Christmas at home, how wonderful. My parents called to say that they miss me a great deal. I miss home too and I cant wait to visit them. Of course, I miss my friends too and I cant wait to sweat with them in the sweltering days on the sunny Island.
My holiday schedule seems really packed. Firstly, I need to move out of my current place with new homies (Praise God for them). Secondly, I have to start my summer research program throughout my free time in Brissie. Thirdly, I want to spend all the free times I have with my dearest frens who are graduating and leaving Brissie for good. Today was an emotional moment for my roomie and I. This may sound gay but Im so not looking forward to end the brissie stories with the sweetest darling Esther.
To end a chapter marks a beginning with heavy laden heart and yet excitement and relief to have come so far.
With that, the emotional wreck shall end her entry. |
