| My Handpicked Gift |
A beautiful beginning of true romance in Christ:
Blessed am I through Our Father's Grace,
as I look at this handpicked gift,
Lavished by all the love he gives,
I took on this journey with faith.
Being caught in the rain,
Did no dampening of spirit.
With much giggling and courage,
the breath-stopping scene was played.
With a couple of hiccups,
the moment was pleasantly awkward,
sprinkled with laughing pauses.
Yet, all was perfect in the midst of imperfections.
Until I become senile, this piece of memory will always stay in my heart. |

A little toast, a little smile,
A little ice and tequila.
A little thud, a queasy laugh,
A little glance is tough enough.
A little leap, another sip,
Sing along in the moonlight and
Sweep me off my feet. |
